We build every grill to oil field standards. That means we stand behind our work.
Returns
Not satisfied? We accept returns on unused grills within 14 days of delivery.
If you've cooked on it, it's yours.
We know shipping heavy steel isn't cheap. We'll cover the return label. Just email us at info@smokeandforge.com and we'll handle it.
Inspect Your Grill
Check your grill when it arrives. If something's wrong—defective welds, damaged panels, wrong item—contact us immediately. We'll make it right.
What We Can't Accept Back
- Used grillsÂ
- Custom builds or special orders
- Grills damaged from neglect or improper storage
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Refunds typically process within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Banks can be slow. If 15+ days pass after we approve your return and you still don't see the refund, email us at info@smokeandforge.com.
We Stand Behind Our Work
If your grill fails because we built it wrong—warped panels, failed welds, structural issues—contact us. We'll make it right.
But this is raw carbon steel. It needs maintenance. Oil it after use. Store it dry. Surface rust from neglect isn't a manufacturing defect.
Use it right, maintain it, and this grill will outlast you.
