SHIPPING POLICY

Made to Order in Pennsylvania

Every grill is laser-cut and assembled when you order it. We don't keep inventory sitting around. You'll receive an email notification when your grill ships.

Lead Time
Most orders ship within 1-2 weeks. We'll keep you updated.

If we get slammed with orders (good problem to have), lead times may extend to 3-4 weeks. We'll let you know immediately if that's the case.

Free Shipping
Free shipping to all addresses in the Lower 48 United States via UPS Ground.

Shipping Outside Lower 48
We currently only ship to the Lower 48 US states.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and international orders: We're not set up for that yet. Email us at info@smokeandforge.com if you're interested and we'll let you know when we expand shipping.

Track Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your grill ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Typical delivery time after shipping: 3-5 business days (UPS Ground).

Total time from order to delivery: 2-3 weeks.
