10-Gauge Steel, 21.6 lbs, Laser-Cut, FREE SHIPPING

Laser-Cut Steel. Flat-Pack Design. Built in Pennsylvania.

The portable grill that doesn't suck.

Most portable grills are flimsy garbage. Thin steel warps. Cheap paint peels. Wobbly legs make every cookout stressful.

We got tired of it, so we made something better.

10-gauge carbon steel. Laser-cut precision. Slots together in minutes.

Collapses flat for transport. Cooks like cast iron—builds a better surface with every fire.

No paint. No chrome. Just steel and honest engineering.

$125. Made in Pennsylvania.

Ships free to lower 48.

WHY THIS GRILL WORKS

Thick Steel = No Warping

10-gauge carbon steel throughout. That's thick enough to hold its shape at high heat, season like cast iron, and last for years.

Most portable grills use thinner material that buckles after a few hot fires. This won't.

Laser-Cut in Pennsylvania

Every panel is precision-cut in our shop using industrial equipment.

Clean edges. Perfect fit. Decorative details (those flame cutouts aren't just for looks—they're functional venting).

Tool-Free Assembly

Slots together. No bolts to lose, no tools required.

Assembles fast. Breaks down fast.

Raw Steel Finish

We don't paint this grill.

Raw carbon steel builds a natural seasoning layer with use (like cast iron). Starts bare, gets better over time.

Quick seasoning: Oil it, heat it, use it.
Maintenance: Wipe with oil after each cook. Store dry.

Yes, it'll rust if neglected. That's how raw steel works. Brush it off, re-season, keep cooking.

Built by Fabricators

We're two brothers running Smoke + Forge in rural Pennsylvania.

For 15+ years, we fabricated equipment for oil fields—tanks, drilling equipment, gear that operates 24/7 under extreme conditions. Every weld had to be perfect. Every component had to work.

Now we're making outdoor cooking equipment using the same laser cutters, the same standards, and the same attention to detail.

Everything is laser-cut in our shop, hand-assembled, and tested before it ships.

FAQ

Q: How does it stay together? Is it stable?
A: Panels slot together through precision laser-cut notches. No tools, no bolts. Solid when assembled, breaks down in seconds.

Q: Does it come with assembly instructions?
A: Yes. Simple illustrated guide included.

Q: Will it rust?
A: Raw carbon steel will develop surface rust if not maintained. Wipe with cooking oil after each use and store dry. Any surface rust brushes off easily. This is normal for raw steel (like cast iron).

Q: Can I use it with wood?
A: Yes. Charcoal or wood both work great.

Q: What's included?
A: All grill panels, grate.

Q: Do you ship to [location]?
A: Free shipping to Lower 48 US states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international: contact us for quote.
