Same grill, different game. The Smoke + Forge Ironside Griddle drops straight onto your Ironside Grill in place of the grate, turning it into a flat-top capable of handling eggs, smash burgers, bacon, and anything else that'd fall through the slats.

Cut from 3/16" steel plate and welded by hand in southwestern Pennsylvania. A built-in grease channel keeps the cook surface clean and drains runoff where it belongs: not into your fire. Thick enough to hold heat evenly across the whole surface,
