Ironside Griddle (Half)

Why limit yourself? Do both. Griddle and grill on the same Ironside Grill! The half griddle drops straight onto your Ironside Grill in place of one of the grates, turning it into dual setup capable of handling eggs, smash burgers, bacon, onions, and anything else that you can throw at it.

Cut from 3/16" steel plate and welded by hand in southwestern Pennsylvania. A built-in grease channel keeps the cook surface clean and drains runoff where it belongs: not into your fire. Thick enough to hold heat evenly across the whole surface. 

Season it once, cook on it forever.
